 Breath work, Pranayama, is a rhythmic dance connecting the individual spirit to the whole of creation, the universe. This intentional breathing acts as a catalyst, dispelling inertia and rejuvenating every aspect of our being.

Mindful awareness stands out as a pivotal cornerstone, anchoring us to the present moment. Amidst the many distractions of the modern world, the Raja Yoga approach emphasizes the gift of being present. Through Yoga, we rest our awareness on whatever arises, witnessing every thought, breath, sensation, and movement. This cultivates a profound connection to oneself and the universe.

Self-reflection is an inward journey, a deep dive into the self. We're encouraged to confront, embrace, and understand all aspects of ourselves through all the layers of life. This continual process of reflection removes illusions and ego, revealing the true nature of our being.

Primordial Sound Meditation course

Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial sounds-the basic, most essential sounds of nature are embraced  to go inward connecting with your divine intelligence, the essence of your true spirit.  These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth. Once your Primordial Sound mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility, and compassion within. Your instructor will help you to integrate this practice into your daily routine. The class will be four short four sessions over a period of a few days approximately 5-6 hours total. 

Primordial Sound Meditation is recommended for anyone who wishes to enjoy deeper peace, greater freedom, and mastery of life.
